Product Range

Our product range is covering all kinds of Pullovers, Cardigans, Jumpers, Leggings, Hats, Scarves, Mufflers, etc in Fancy, Jacquard & Intarsia Knitting. We are also doing sweaters in Piece dye, Pigment dye, Acid wash, Stone wash, Enzyme wash, Space dye, Top dye, Dip dye, Tie dye,
We also got expertise to do set styles like sweater packed with shirt/T-shirt/Tights/trouser or integrated styles which are more into fashion now. Now a days sweaters have also been considered as extreme cold protector like outwear & casual wear produced with both regular and nonconventional yarns.
We do have our in-house embroidery and printing unit in order to produce merchandizes with embellishment.


Planning & Execution

Global Merchants Ltd has a strong production planning and capacity management team. The Capacity Management Team is worked hands in hands with Production and Marketing/Merchandising Department to avoid any over commitment, production backlogs and ensuring the delivery discipline.
We normally provide the capacity offer to the buyer at the beginning of the year & solicit feedback regarding capacity booking based on the lead-time planner of each product which helps us to plan & execute buyers’ order properly.
We do have a strong Industrial engineering team. This team is guiding us to calculate the SMV, production time, time study, etc.


Business Ethics

Being socially responsible sweater manufacturer, Global Merchants Lt has taken every precautionary step to build a highly ethical, safe, healthy & hygienic work environment, complaint by all respects. We do NOT employ any Child Labor. In addition, our standard gap between machines makes the production floor very comfortable & aesthetically appealing.
We have clearly marked evacuation zones & routes for emergency exits; also ornamented this factory with electrical & fire safety equipment, for example fire hydrant, sprinkler system, automated & centralized fire detection & control system, fire door, etc.
We have installed reverse osmosis for safe drinking water & we do have adequate hygienic toilets for all workers.
